Led key workstreams for Living Easy, an innovation retail test designed to explore new products, services, and shopping experiences for the Baby Boomer consumer.

As part of a small cross-functional team, I supported the concept from strategy through live-market execution. My responsibilities included site selection, lease negotiation, kiosk design, visual merchandising, communications, operations, staffing, customer surveys, and inventory management.

The kiosk was located in Fashion Square Mall in Phoenix, Arizona, and operated as a three-month test environment. During the pilot, the team gathered consumer and product insights through direct sales activity and customer surveys, using the kiosk as both a retail experience and a research platform.

The project provided a focused opportunity to test market relevance, product appeal, customer behavior, and operational requirements for an emerging consumer segment. It demonstrated how a compact, real-world retail prototype could generate actionable insight while delivering a branded customer experience in a high-traffic mall environment.
