I developed a modular flower and concentrate merchandising system for Goodblend, balancing product visibility, brand consistency, regulatory constraints, and future adaptability.

Flower section
A modular, tiered merchandising system designed to organize flower products clearly while creating a consistent branded presentation. The system combines a Budbox easel, product box, and riser to establish hierarchy and improve product visibility.
flower easel
The display was designed to support both current regulatory requirements and future live-product merchandising. At launch, product information is communicated through branded display cards; when regulations permit, the same system can accommodate live product without requiring a complete fixture redesign.
The card system creates a consistent framework for communicating key product information, including brand, strain, terpene profile, and THC content. A centered 3-inch product image provides a recognizable visual reference and can be refreshed periodically to maintain an accurate representation of the strain.
Concentrate section
A compact tiered system developed specifically for concentrate products, using a coordinated easel, product box, and riser. The format maintains visual consistency with the flower display while adapting the scale and information hierarchy to a different product category.
Concentrate display detail
The concentrate card presents essential product details—including brand, concentrate type, strain, terpene profile, and THC content—in a standardized format. A centered 2-inch product image gives customers a visual reference while preserving a clean, easy-to-scan layout.
