Led experiential design for a Black Inc. event created as part of Cannondale’s annual summer sales meeting. As the brand’s high-end bicycle line, Black Inc. required an elevated environment that reflected the product’s premium positioning, design precision, and performance-driven identity.

The experience was conceived as an art exhibition-style cocktail reception, followed by dinner and entertainment in the adjacent main venue space. This format allowed the product line to be presented with the restraint and sophistication of a gallery setting while creating a memorable transition into the larger evening program.

My role included event layout design, fixture development, spatial curation, and final lighting direction. Each element was designed to support a refined guest journey, showcase the bikes as premium design objects, and create an atmosphere aligned with the exclusivity of the Black Inc. brand.

The resulting environment elevated the sales meeting experience by transforming a product presentation into a curated brand moment—one that blended hospitality, storytelling, and premium retail sensibility to reinforce Cannondale’s leadership in high-performance cycling.
