To modernize service communication across Geek Squad precincts, I helped develop digital menu boards that replaced the costly, static analog menu systems previously used in stores.

Rolled out across 1,100 Geek Squad precincts nationwide, the digital system created a more flexible and scalable way to present pricing, service options, and value propositions. Instead of producing and updating multiple versions of printed menus, the new boards enabled market-specific messaging and faster content updates, reducing operational complexity while improving consistency across the retail experience.
