Led strategy development and supported execution for Cannondale Sports’ in-store digital signage program, creating a scalable communication platform for multiple brands and services.

The challenge was to coordinate messaging across a diverse portfolio that included bike brands, apparel, fit services, tours, financing, and repair. I worked with cross-functional stakeholders to define how digital signage could support customer engagement, brand storytelling, service awareness, and promotional communication within the retail environment.

The resulting program gave stores a flexible content system that could evolve with product launches, seasonal campaigns, service priorities, and local retail needs. It helped transform digital signage from a passive screen network into a coordinated communication tool for the full Cannondale Sports retail ecosystem.
