Infinite Cycles’ third Utah location transformed a former Blockbuster video store into a refreshed, full-service bicycle retail environment. Working with the store owners, I supported the interior design, spatial layout, lighting strategy, visual merchandising, contractor oversight, and operations training for the new location.

The store features a Cannondale shop-in-shop concept, along with remodel fixtures, graphics, and design elements drawn from the Dorel Sports retail aesthetic catalog. Together, these components created a cohesive brand experience while giving the owners a practical, scalable framework for merchandising, customer flow, and day-to-day store operations.
