Before the Hot Price system, updating weekly deal signage required a four-week production lead time, limiting the team’s ability to respond quickly to changing promotions. By moving the program to digital signage, we reduced update timelines from four weeks to just four days, creating a faster, more flexible way to deliver timely pricing and promotional messages in stores.
