Partnered with the owners to transform a former one-story delicatessen into a three-story urban bike shop, creating a more dynamic and functional retail environment. The redesigned space includes two floors of customer-facing retail and a dedicated level for storage, service, and repairs.

I led the interior design, spatial layout, lighting strategy, and kit-of-parts application, ensuring the shop felt cohesive, efficient, and adaptable across all three levels. My role also included managing fixture and fittings orders, overseeing installation and construction coordination, developing visual merchandising standards, and supporting operations training for the new store environment.
