For Cadence Cycle in Montréal, Québec, I led the design and implementation of a Cannondale shop-in-shop, creating a focused branded retail environment within the store.

My scope included store layout, interior design, and lighting strategy, with attention to product presentation, customer flow, and brand consistency.
