Sea Sports in Hyannis, MA was a relocation and full-store redesign created to move the business into a stronger trade area off a major roadway. The project included both exterior planning and interior revisioning, with renderings developed to help the owner visualize the property updates, customer access points, and future retail experience.

I created a full site plan rendering of the property exterior, including updated entry planning and lower-level accessible entrance access. Inside, I developed a three-story store layout that integrated Dorel Sports brands alongside the owner’s existing watersports categories and product mix.

The proposed layout included offices and a fit studio on the top floor, a ground-floor checkout area with bike and accessory displays, and a lower-level mixed-use retail space designed for larger watersports product presentation. My role also included contractor coordination and management, fixture allocation, visual merchandising, and operations training to support the transition from concept to store execution.
