To support consistent merchandising across a global dealer network, I created a set of retail guidelines for Cannondale Evolution Shops and independent dealer stores.
The guidelines helped translate Cannondale’s brand and merchandising standards into flexible, practical tools that could be applied across different store formats, markets, and retail environments. By giving dealers a clear framework for product presentation, shop-in-shop execution, and local-store merchandising, the work supported a more consistent customer experience while still allowing each location to adapt to its own footprint and market needs.
