Supported the relocation and ground-up redesign of an existing store, transforming a former restaurant space into a fully reimagined retail environment. After the site was acquired, the space was gutted and rebuilt to support the store’s operational needs, customer flow, and brand presentation.

I assisted the owner with real estate qualification, store planning, contractor coordination, spatial layout, lighting design, and visual merchandising. The result was a purpose-built retail space that helped the business transition into a new location with a more intentional and functional store experience.
