Developed the architectural materials and finishes package for High Tide, translating the dispensary's nautical brand story into a specified, buildable palette. The board pairs navy hull forms and white nickel-gap shiplap with brass marine hardware, teak-tone wood, manila rope and sea-gray polished concrete, then keys every material to its zone from the wheelhouse entry through the sales floor, merch nook and consult wall.

Two casework directions were developed as options for the client and investment group: a charcoal steel and white oak system with a gallery, product-forward feel, and a shiplap and teak system that carries the boathouse language across the whole floor. Each option is documented with its material stack, fixture types, relative cost and lead time, alongside a side-by-side comparison and a recommended hybrid.

The package also addresses what has to be true for the concept to get built: Class A finish ratings, slip resistance and accessibility at counters, and the display-security requirements of the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission. The result is a materials board that reads as a design story to a board of directors and as a specification to a millwork shop.
