I worked directly with Crown Equipment to develop a stacker/picker that met European health and safety standards while also supporting Best Buy’s operational needs within large-format retail environments. The goal was to create a practical, scalable equipment solution that could be procured, maintained, and deployed consistently across markets.

The work balanced operational performance, safety, serviceability, and global sourcing requirements. By aligning vendor capabilities with Best Buy’s store usage needs, the resulting solution helped support international store operations with equipment designed for both compliance and day-to-day functionality.
