Designed an interactive digital signage program for High Tide to support patient education, product discovery, and a more informed dispensary experience.

The program was created to help patients explore available products and marijuana strains in a clear, approachable, and engaging way. It supported both guided consultation with a budtender and independent self-directed learning, giving customers flexibility based on their comfort level, experience, and shopping needs.

The interactive experience was designed to simplify complex product information, support comparison, and make strain and product education more accessible at the point of decision. By integrating digital signage into the store environment, the concept helped bridge customer education, service, and sales within a single retail journey.

The program was also designed to extend across the website and social channels, creating a seamless omnichannel experience for access, education, and on-the-go engagement. The result was a scalable digital platform that supported customer confidence, improved product understanding, and reinforced High Tide’s positioning as a professional, educational, and customer-centered dispensary concept.
